payPal offered me little defence as a seller, and I was literally robbed $800US as a chargeback without any communication. I even provided receipt/tracking evidence to PayPal. Biggest problem with PayPal is their communication - you can never get a hold of the same employee or build a case of evidence. They simply saw my EBay account status as a sellers first international trade, and instantly concluded this guy is a crim...case closed! I was told to provide a letter of appeal - which has seen no resolution to this day.
